The Essential Organisation provides consultancy to voluntary, community and faith based organisations that provide Child and Social Care Services. The Essential Organisation will also focus on working with State agencies and Government Departments. We also provide the following: Audit & Review; Quality Assessment; Strategic & Operational Planning; Independent Investigations and Inquiries; Support for time limited tasks e.g. preparing for an Inspection; Policy Development; Staff Supervision and Coaching; Training and development.
Liaised with Government Departments, HSE and Partner agenices to create a framework for managing implementation and compliance of all organisations and sectors in respect of State Guidance, Children First.
Recruited to establish the Child Protection Service, and to develop a best practice culture within the Dublin Archdiocese which covers one third of the population of Ireland, and to develop stakeholder relationships at local, national and international levels.
Established new position of Child Care Manager which was created in âChildren Firstâ to provide the essential coordination of all child care, welfare and protection services in each Community Care Area in Ireland.
